Old movie about deadly sand?

Can anyone remember a movie from years ago, set on a beach. The sand
forms holes which suck people in and kill them. I remember one scene
where a woman was pulled out of the sand and her legs were full of
blood and deep cuts. Can anyone tell me the name of the movie? Thanks
