I cant think of the name of this movie and its bothering the fire out
of me.. Its about a little boy that wears a yellow rain coat and rides
a bike and talks little kids into going to his dads house and then the
boy would kill them.. In the beginning of the movie the boy talked
three or four girls to come to his house and he brought one girl into
a diff room and he cut her stomach and killed her..
